Each capsule contains:

Natural Fish Oil (Omega 3) conc. 500mg

Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) extract 300mg
(standardized to 1.8% vitexin-2-rhamnoside)
Magnesium Citrate 125mg
(providing 20mg elemental Magnesium)

Sunflower Seed Oil 132mg

This formulation contains no added artificial flavours, sweeteners and preservatives, and is free from cereals containing gluten, dairy, crustaceans, molluscs, eggs, peanuts, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin, soy.

Adults:Take 2 capsules per day with food or as advised by your health professional.
