This really works. We flew 12 hours with a 9 hour time change and were able to get up the next day with no fatigue or tiredness.

I’ve used these for years and they never fail
My husband and I have been using this product for at least 5 years for all of our international travel. So far, it has worked wonderfully in avoiding jet lag. Unfortunately, it's now only available from the source in Australia which makes shipping expensive. Not sure if we will continue using this particular product in the future for that reason.
These always work great for us esp on very long flights. They were a bit hard to find for us Canadians (we used them about 5 years ago) but now we know where to get them!
