Ingredients

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS

Hydrastis canadensis (Golden seal) rhizome powder 525mg

NO ADDED

Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives.

Directions

Take 2 capsules with a meal twice daily.

NOTE: Pregnant women should not use goldenseal since it may influence uterine muscles.

Warnings

Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.

Take two hours away from all prescription medications.

I have had golden seal caps in my cabinet for

I have had golden seal caps in my cabinet for over 20 years. A bottle tends to last me for a year or so, for I need to remember that even though this is a herbal it is quite strong and not to be taken continuously. Only when needed
