Smells good. Perfect for keeping staph at bay during eczema trouble. The pump dispenses the perfect small amount. Properly cleansing, yet soothing at the same time. Not too foamy, just right - the consistence is quite runny, yet it is concentrated enough to be very economical - my first one lasted about six months, using twice a day or more. About once a week, the tip,of nozzle needs to be cleared which takes two seconds. It’s a small price to pay for a natural product without standard additives.
