Adults: Initially take 1 capsule daily with food and increase to 2 daily as required, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

If on blood thinning medication consult your healthcare professional before use. Always read the label. Use only as directed.

If you’re taking prescription medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before you use this product.

If you have an existing heart condition (regardless of whether you are taking medication), do not take more than 1 capsule daily. You should only increase this if your healthcare practitioner is supervising you.
