Contains encapsulating aids

No colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives used in this product. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.

Always take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics. Keep out of reach of children.

Adults: Start with 1 capsule and work your way up to 3 capsules if necessary.
May take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to start working. Best taken away from food.

Not suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Not suitable if taking sleeping medication, Parkinson’s medication, or anti-depressant medication
Not suitable for children
5-HTP can cause nausea and diarrhoea in some individuals. It is advised that you stop taking 5-HTP if you experience this.
