Griffonia simplicifolia (5HTP) seed extract: 50 mg
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) [herb & flower, 4:1 extract providing 750mg dry herb equivalent]: 187.50 mg

Eschscholzia californica (Californian Poppy) [whole plant, 4:1 extract providing 200mg dry herb equivalent]: 50 mg

Piscidia piscipula (Jamaican Dogwood) [Dried bark, 4:1 extract providing 50mg dry herb equivalent]: 12.5 mg

Vitamins & Minerals
Magnesium Oxide (providing Magnesium 30mg): 50 mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 1 mg

No added gluten, egg, dairy, yeast, soy, wheat, artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Adults: Start with 1 capsule and work your way up to 3 capsules if necessary.

May take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to start working.

Contraindications:

Not suitable with sleeping or anti-depressant medication.

Not suitable with Parkinson’s medication.
