Dosage
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:Adults: Daily Antioxidant: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Skin, Immunity and Sexual Health: Take 2-3 tablets daily with food. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

- Selenium supplements are safe for most people at levels of around 100-200µg of elemental Selenium. Some people have experienced side effects with more than 400µg daily.
