Efamol® Evening Primrose Oil Capsules provide a natural source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential omega-6 fatty acid beneficial for skin health and women’s well-being.

 Sourced from the unique Rigel seed, these capsules contain 33% more GLA than typical Evening Primrose oils. Backed by 69 scientific studies since 1981, including research on skin and women's health, Efamol has been shown to help maintain smooth and nourished skin.

 Suitable for use throughout the menstrual cycle and menopause, this supplement also includes bioavailable Vitamin E, protecting cells from oxidative stress caused by aging and environmental factors.

Ingredients:
Pure Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatin, Humectant: Glycerol), Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol).

Per Daily Intake (Two capsules):
Efamol® Pure Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg
Of which : Omega-6, 755mg
Of which : GLA 115mg
Vitamin E 10mg alpha-TE

Dosage

Adults: 2 x 500mg capsules per day with food or drink.

Children: 5-17 years: 1 Capsule (500mg) per day with food or drink.

Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by increasing the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks.

Adults: 6 capsules per day with food or drink.

Children ages 5-17: 3 capsules per day with food or drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
