Efalex® Brain Formula Liquid 150ml combines Omega 3, Omega 6, and Evening Primrose Oil to support brain and vision health for the entire family, suitable from age 3 through adulthood. It is especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to reach the NHS's recommended fish intake or need extra concentration for learning. 

Safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, its DHA content contributes to normal brain function and vision, while Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative damage. A daily intake of 250mg DHA is essential to achieve these effects.

Sunflower Oil, Fish Oil, Pure Evening Primrose Oil, Flavouring (Lemon Oil, Lime), Vitamin E ( as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate). Antioxidant (Tocopherol Rich Extract). Thyme Oil.

Dosage

Adults and children aged 3 years and over:2 teaspoons (10ml) per day with food or drink. For adult use only Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks. Shake bottle before use.
